Now a 4th generation farm, Pyne Farms is continuing the same practices used over the last 100 years that made it successful. Determination, persistence, and a love for growing delicious tree-ripe fruit has not only provided a living for the Pyne families, but it has invited people to fall in love with fruit again. Founded in 1903 by Ivern Pyne in Orem, Utah, Pyne farms ran several orchards throughout Orem growing peaches, pears, cherries, strawberries, and apples. Now with a 35 acre orchard in Santaquin, Pyne Farms is focused on growing tart cherries and several apple varieties. While the majority of the fruit is wholesaled and eventually sent to grocery stores, the family still operates several farmer markets throughout the state.
